Once payment is made you will be taken to the thank you page where you will find your diagnostic intake to get you warmed up, rooted into your body. Once I receive your form I will send you an email with a summary.

If you miss it or do not hear from me please send an email to jodie@jodierodenbaugh.com and let us know because things happen in the interwebs that are sometimes beyond our control.
